On Sep 28th, 2019, International Experience Design Summit & MVX award ceremony which is organized by SUXA (SHENZHEN USER EXPERIENCE INTERFACE DESIGN INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION and WELL experience innovation consulting, convened successfully in F518 innovation exhibition center, bao’an district, Shenzhen). The theme of this summit is “Experience empowers business“ while the goal is to create good experience, it’s held to promote the better development of experience economy.
The summit began with Ms. Zhou rong’s speech((Any zhou, Co-chairman of SUXA, fouder of WELL), ms.zhou review the development of association over the past year and deliver the original intention and vision of holding this congress.

The theme of this summit is “Experience empowers business”, we invited about 10 experts and leaders from Hunan Normal University, Tongji University, Guangdong University of Technology, XPENG MOTORS， China Telecom, ERGOSIGN GmbH, UI CHINA and Miio Studio to discuss about integrating experience design and other industries, promoting the development of service economic and experience economic with experience design.

Mr. CaiBowei, Founder of Experience Wave, analyzed deeply the marketing transformation under changing times, and elaborated the importance of focusing on service design under this marketing times.

Mr.LiuShengqiang, director of China Telecom Guangzhou Institute consumer lab, gave a speech on “Organization empowerment of experience time”, he shared exciting concept of “Focus on user journey is more important than focus on experience touchpoints ”

Founder of ERGOSIGH GmbH, Mr. Dieter Wallach considered that, service design idea is composed of five dimension elements, it’s not unreasonable. Innovation needs feedback and final design should be selected.
